4 spaces, 2 customer-used
We need four adjacent bays. Two are working space for our van and equipment; the other two are used by customers who would be parking anyway while we service their car.
We pay our way
This is a commercial agreement, not a free pitch. We're happy to discuss a fair daily or seasonal rate for the spaces we use.
Fully insured & certified
We carry public liability insurance and are F-gas certified to handle refrigerants legally. DBS-checked technicians and full PPE on every visit.
Quiet, respectful operation
No loud generators, no music, no hard selling. We fit into the rhythm of your car park and treat your shoppers like our customers.
Leave no trace
A full post-pack-up sweep is standard. We check for litter, fluid traces, and damage before we leave every site.
Incident reporting
If we spot anything unusual — damage, unsafe driving, shopper welfare concern — we report it to your duty manager promptly.
Live risk assessment
We conduct continuous real-time risk assessments throughout the day. Conditions change; our safety checks don't stop after set-up.

We make it obvious that You Shop We Regas is an independent operator using the car park. We never use your branding, colours, or logos, and we never imply that you endorse or partner with us beyond allowing us to trade on your land.
Parking restrictions stay with the customer
Our van may occupy a bay for longer than your usual restriction. Customer vehicles are parked only for the service duration and we remind every driver that they remain bound by your site's parking terms.
