This page is maintained by You Shop We Regas Ltd to set out the terms for using our website and mobile aircon regas service.
1. About us
You Shop We Regas Ltd operates a mobile vehicle air-conditioning regas service from supermarket and retail car parks. These terms apply to anyone using our website or booking a service with us.
2. How the service works
We publish the locations and dates we plan to attend. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis during our advertised hours. You hand us your keys, we carry out the regas while you shop, and you collect your vehicle when it is ready.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are advertised on our website and are inclusive of VAT. The final price depends on the refrigerant your vehicle requires. Payment is taken on the day by card or contactless. We will always confirm the price before starting work.
4. What is included
A standard regas includes system pressure and leak checks, refrigerant recovery where required, vacuum, oil top-up, and refrigerant recharge to manufacturer specification. Any additional repairs or parts are not included unless agreed in writing.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate vehicle details, ensure the vehicle is safe to work on, and return promptly when we notify you that the work is complete. You must also disclose any known faults or previous aircon work before we begin.
6. Guarantee
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee covering charge loss directly caused by our servicing. It does not cover leaks or failures caused by pre-existing damage, wear, stone chips, corrosion, or parts beyond our control.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If we cannot complete the regas because your system fails our leak test or has a fault we cannot fix on site, we will only charge for the diagnostic work carried out. If no work is done, no charge applies.
8. Liability
We carry public liability insurance and work to industry standards. Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you use the service is the one that applies.
